I managed the set-up and conducted testimonial interviews. This required life-coaching skills to create a safe space on difficult personal topics and strategic acumen to cover key points.

INSIGHTS & STRATEGY | DCU
To understand the lived experience of students across the various campuses, I partnered with the university to identify key groups and conduct deep dive qualitative research.
OUTPUT: A large-scale multi-campus report with actionable strategic recommendations.
The Quality Promotion Office in DCU has been delighted to work with Colette in 2018, who facilitated seven student focus-groups as part a key piece of research to inform an important review at the University. WORLD CLEANUP DAY 2018
World Cleanup Day is the biggest civic action movement in one day where millions of citizens across 158 countries came together to clean up their countries. It started in Estonia in 2008 and spread around the world, and 2018 was the first time in Ireland.
I led the movement in Dublin with zero budget and managed to bring together 250 people across 15 local events. I managed all aspects of the project: media promotion, marketing, logistics, health & safety, legal and sponsorship. I got Dublin City Council, the Lord Mayor of Dublin, the Estonian Embassy on board and managed to get the attention of An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar.
I was invited to the Dublin Tidy Neighbourhood Awards and given a special acknowledgement by the Lord Mayor for bringing the global event to Dublin.
I facilitated nine workshops across departments with groups of 12-35 people. The purpose was to develop greater empathy and understanding of customers.
OUTPUT: Cohesion across different departments on long-term objectives and greater understanding of their audiences.
INTERNATIONAL TECH GIANT
Dublin has become a hub for technical innovations and skills. Understanding a very specific internal audience was required to develop effective communications.
OUTPUT: Clear direction on creative communications (currently being produced)
UK & IRELAND FMCG
Worked with the client and creative team to clarify the brand architecture and positioning of sub-brands, then lay out the creative insights for each sub-brand.
OUTPUT: Sound Creative strategy & digital communications plan for 2018-2019.
